By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with the service.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all services provided by Guitar Development, including but not limited to one-on-one private online and in-person guitar lessons, and any other services offered by our guitar instructors.

1.2 Guitar Development reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our services, with or without notice to the customer.

​

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

​

2. Services

​

2.1 Guitar Development provides one-on-one private online and in-person guitar lessons tailored to the customer's individual needs and goals. Our guitar instructors are qualified and experienced in various guitar styles and techniques.

​

2.2 The duration, frequency, and time of the lessons will be mutually agreed upon between the customer and the guitar instructor.

​

2.3 Guitar Development reserves the right to assign a different instructor at any time for any reason.

​

2.4 Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection for online lessons and a suitable environment for in-person lessons.

​

3. Payment and Pricing

​

3.1 Customers are required to pay for their lessons in advance.

​

3.2 Guitar Development offers different lesson packages, which will be priced according to their duration, frequency, and other factors. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3 All payments should be made through our accepted payment methods, as indicated on our website or provided by our staff.

​

4. Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy for Guitar Development

​

4.1 Cancellations: If a student needs to cancel a scheduled lesson, they must provide at least one week's (7 days) notice. Upon receiving timely notice, Guitar Development will first try to reschedule the lesson to a more convenient date and time. If it is not possible to reschedule due to the student, no credits or refunds will be provided.

​

However, if a student fails to provide one week's notice (7 days) or does not meet the required conditions, they will be responsible for paying the full cost of the missed lesson.

​

4.2 Rescheduling: Guitar Development is committed to accommodating students' schedules whenever possible. If a student provides at least one week's notice before their scheduled lesson, the company will make every effort to reschedule the lesson. If a suitable time cannot be found, the student must still pay for the missed lesson.

​

4.3 Refunds: Guitar Development understands that circumstances may change, and students might decide not to continue with their lessons. If a student has prepaid for a month of lessons and wishes to discontinue after one or two lessons, the company will not refund the cost of the remaining lessons in the month.

​

4.4 In the event that a guitar instructor needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, they will provide the customer with as much notice as possible. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited to the customer's account.

5. Refund Policy

​

5.1 Once payment is made, Guitar Development does not offer any refunds under any circumstances except upon meeting any exceptions under our "4. Refund, Cancellation,  & Rescheduling Policy for Guitar Development". This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the customer is dissatisfied with the services provided, personal scheduling conflicts, or technical difficulties.

6. Intellectual Property

​

6.1 All lesson materials provided by Guitar Development, including sheet music, audio, video, and other instructional materials, remain the intellectual property of Guitar Development and/or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guitar Development, its instructors, and its employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

​

8.2 Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Arizona, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Severability

9.1 If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives 

of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Guitar Development and the customer, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter of these Terms.
